Bending Instructions: Welder Series Part 28207
Model 'A' Hood Latch Bracket

Clamp the 28207 bracket in a vise so the center tab is
slightly higher than the top of the vise jaws, as shown.

Use slip-lock pliers to bend the center tab.
 
The tab should be bent so the top surface is level with the top of the frame.
Weld the top of the bracket and the support tab to the frame.
