Email #1 - Featured Bracket: Front Panhard Bracket
Welcome to the first of Welder Series' "Things To Do With a Bracket" emails!  Right off the top, we ask you to let us know if you don't want to be on this list.  Simply send an email with "remove" in the subject line and we'll make sure you don't get another one.

These emails will be sent out once in a while to tell you about new products, ways that I've thought about using Welder Series products, and also ways that you have thought about using WS products.  Feel more than free to email us pictures of creative ways you've modified one of our brackets or kits... actually, you'll be glad you did!  Just for taking the time, we'll make it worth your while with a credit on your account of $5/picture we use in a future email or even on our website. Not bad for snapping a few pictures, eh?  (note: can I get a $5 bill every time I use a picture from the '32 build ?)

The idea here is that you'll think "outside the welding helmet" and discover ways to use Welder Series parts that will save you time and money.  To start, I've included some pictures of the front Panhard tab being used as a brake line frame tab.

Keep watching for future emails with info on clamshell packaging for dealers, more updates on our '32 build , and more ideas to light the fire under your imagination.  We want to make building your car as fun for you as possible.
If you drill out the 3/8" hole in the bracket to 1/64" under 7/16" (or 27/64") then do a bit of filing, you'll have a press fit hole for the fitting on the end of a braided brake hose!  It will also fit a -3 tube nut.  Use a -3 joiner to connect the braided line to your hard line and you're golden.  The fitting nuts on either side of the tab will keep the line in place.

This is one of the millions of ways you can use a Welder Series part.

Thanks for your time, talk to you soon.
